I was searching for some inspiration for a novelty gift and came across this design for a pencil desk tidy. Ideal for using up scrap pieces of leather. Like the two toned tote, it uses different curvatures of adjoining pieces to introduce a 3D shape once stitched. The stitching holes were made using a 1mm punch which aides the cross-hatch stitching.
